As he grew older, Chad partnered with his father to flip homes and sell “For Sale by Owner” properties, gaining hands-on experience and a deep respect for the industry from the ground up. That early grit and humility laid the foundation for Chad’s success and reputation as one of the most trusted names in real estate.
With over 10 years as an experienced Realtor licensed in both Minnesota and Georgia, Chad has served in high-impact leadership roles, including Team Leader of Keller Williams Atlanta Partners – Newnan and Director of Growth for Keller Williams – North Atlanta, where he recruited top talent, coached agents to higher productivity, and fostered collaborative, high-performance cultures.
