After graduating with honors from the University of Mississippi (Ole
Miss), Jen Behnke returned to Georgia and earned her real estate
license in 2007. She began her career in commercial real estate
property management and development before taking time to focus on
raising her family.
Over the years, Jen has built a diverse business background, most
notably co-owning and operating a successful trucking company with her
husband for nearly 10 years. Under their leadership, the company
earned numerous national honors, including being recognized as a Top
Woman-Owned Business by Women in Trucking for five consecutive years.
After the birth of their second son, Jen felt called to return to the
career that first inspired her—real estate.
A Cherokee County resident since 2010, Jen has extensive knowledge of
North Georgia, including the mountain communities of Blue Ridge,
Ellijay, and Jasper. Her experience owning and managing multiple
short-term rental properties also gives her valuable insight into
investment and vacation home opportunities.
As a wife and mother of two, Jen understands that buying or selling a
home is about more than a transaction—it's about finding the right
place for your family to grow and create lasting memories. She is
